This leadership circle, facilitated by Nick Williams, is designed to support you on the ongoing journey of beating your fear and resistance, so that you can emerge into your personal leadership, wholeness and brilliance. There'll be opportunities for networking, and the chance to bring “live issues” into the circle and receive the support and cumulative wisdom of the group.

Contributions are made in structured ways, so as to maximise the value of the time we spend together, and so that everyone can learn from the successes and challenges of all the group.

The purpose of this group is simple: to support each and every member in stepping-up to a new level of sophistication, effectiveness and success with their online marketing and business processes - regardless of your current level of knowledge, you’ll begin to think of your business as a set of systems that can be measured, optimised and automated.

The goal of this structure is to provide accountability, to unlock the collective experience of the group, and to create an environment where everyone is constantly sharing tips, tactics and strategies that are proven to be effective.

To kick off we'll have a quick check-in to introduce ourselves and share successes from the past month. Next, Niki will give a presentation on a fundamental aspect of digital marketing, and over time (along with a comprehensive series of course notes) these presentations will build into an excellent overview of the territory of online marketing and digital business. Then we'll break out into small groups and discuss what actions we're committing to over the next 30 days, have a quick round of sharing, and then break.

The second half is a free-form dialogue where everyone is given the opportunity to ask questions or share challenges that they're currently facing, and then, in turn, everyone chips in with thoughts, suggestions and tips; so that together, we can unlock the collective connections and resources of everyone in the group.

This monthly session, is the perfect place to take that first, scary and exciting baby step on a project that’s important to you; try out a new idea, give the first ten minutes of your new talk, float a new business concept or simply cheer others on as they do likewise!

The Brilliance Incubator is a nurturing environment and a safe place to try out new ideas. In essence, this is an opportunity to step across a threshold in a safe and supportive group. I’ve found that more learning and personal growth can take place in that critical few minutes when an entrepreneur takes a public baby-step, than in hours of coaching and introspection.
