In this foundation workshop, Sarah Alexander and Nick Williams will introduce you to the techniques they use in their coaching and mentoring of business owners and entrepreneurs which they call Spiritual Intelligence. Spiritual Intelligence is based on the concept of collaboration with clients and a mutual Higher Power. The value of this approach is that the situations and gifts that we then draw to us are totally in alignment with who we are as people, and are often far greater than what we ourselves had dared to imagine. This inner energy can be used to guide coaching sessions so that sessions really do give the client what is truly in alignment with their greatest good and gives them the clarity that they need to move forward and reveal their brilliance.

At the heart of each of us is an amazing and miraculous being. We have a wonderful wholeness, which is powerful, loving, creative and abundantly joyful. This self gets hidden and even buried underneath layers of programming and beliefs that we have inherited and absorbed throughout our life. When we don’t address this programming, we can easily end up feeling like we are living someone else’s life rather than our own hearts desires. But our inner self remains intact and as we can clear away the old programming, conditioning and patterns we can begin to reveal the miraculous being that we really are. During this mini-workshop, Art Giser (founder of Energetic NLP) and Nick will guide you through some very simple and powerful exercises to help you access the miraculous you which is waiting at your very core.

Sarah and Nick’s 4 day training is based on the core the belief that there is a pre-existent Wholeness within us all that is already happy, joyful, peaceful and powerful. There is also a core assumption that there is nothing wrong with you or your clients and your job as a Spiritual Coach is to help your clients recognise this about themselves, and discover and draw out this Wholeness that is already within them. This approach also focuses on the higher qualities of love, joy, happiness and making a positive difference for the world. Its overall aim is for you and your clients to be happier, more authentic and more truly successful.

It is estimated that up to 75% of today’s work and business involves us in engaging with conversation – with colleagues, collaborators, clients and of course, with ourselves. Yet few of us have ever been taught how to have effective conversations even though our whole lives are founded upon the conversations we have every day. This evening is an opportunity to learn some of the fundamental skills that will increase the chances of you being able to have effective, life affirming with the important people in your work and life.
