NOTE: This event is exclusive to Community Level Members only.

This is a mini leadership circle, facilitated by myself, Nick Williams, that’s dedicated to supporting you on the ongoing journey of beating your fear and resistance, so that you can emerge into your personal leadership, wholeness and brilliance, and authentically show up in the world.

The first part of this hour session is structured as follows:

• Open with a few moments of silence.
• 10 minute opportunity to mingle with your fellow community members.
• Personal check-in: everyone has the opportunity to give a brief update.
• 20-30 minute talk which will either be given by myself, or by a visiting expert.

I’ve spent years building connections with leading thinkers from all areas of personal growth and entrepreneurship, so I have dozens of experts I can call upon to step-in and act as resources for the group. My goal here is to make sure that, by the end of every session, you’ve learned something inspirational or practical that’ll help you maintain momentum in the time between sessions.

… and, most importantly, your resistance will have no place to hide!

In the second part of the session, there’ll be the opportunity to bring “live issues” into the circle and receive the support and cumulative wisdom of the group.

Contributions are made in structured ways, so as to maximise the value of the time we spend together, and so that everyone can learn from the successes and challenges of all attendees.

By getting seen and known in this way, you’ll start to get what Scott Ginsberg calls “A front row seat on your own brilliance,” - and I will facilitate opportunities for you to experience how people see you at your very best.

Also, having participated in, and facilitated, many of these types of events in the past year, I know you'll be amazed at the talent present within the group itself; there will be skills, experiences and expertise that we can all tap into; someone may have advertising and marketing skills, someone else finance, technology, social media, communication, and then there’s the priceless personal contacts and recommendations that’ll be generously offered.

... I hope you’ll come to think of your peers within this group as a “non-exec board of directors” for your business, but without the hefty price-tag!

To close the session, I’ll pull together the various strands of learning and consolidate the insights that the group has been privy too during the session; we’ll have a quick check out, followed by a moment of silence, and then I’ll close the group.

… finally, you’ll be free to mingle until the conference staff come in to clear out the room!

The energy of this group: is about learning, and also about being gently challenged with “warrior energy” and will be transformational. I am skilled at getting to the heart of things, and seeing the “issue behind the issue”.

This leadership circle will be held at the International Students House (The Fitzrovia Room) in London on the 15th June 2012 between 18:30 PM and 21:30 PM.
