“This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy.
Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness.”
~ HH the Dalai Lama
We inspired entrepreneurs are in a unique position – we do work we love, we find meaning in what we do and we tend toward being happy. We're generous with who we are, and we love sharing our gifts and insights. Science is now demonstrating that this is not only good for us personally, but it's also good for our clients and good for business.
During this well researched, informative and inspiring talk, Dr. David R. Hamilton, will share scientific evidence of how compassion and kindness can affect our mental and emotional health, elevate our happiness levels, and can even physically impact the brain. In short, he will demonstrate scientifically why compassion and kindness are good for you, your clients and your business.
We are evolving from fear-based ways of working to much more collaborative, kind and joyful ways of working. Not only is this a nice idea, but science is actually now demonstrating that it's good for us and those around us.
During this mind opening and inspiring talk, you will learn the following:
- How emotions are contagious and spread from person to person, even through social networks.
- How the chemistry of kindness is now beginning to be understood.
- How, by changing your emotions, you can attract more good and make your clients happier too.
- Why a kind, open and grateful heart are literally attractive to those around you.
- How healing your own heart and mind will make you more receptive to your good.
- The scientifically proven impact of love and loving what you do.
Integrating science, the mind, and spiritual wisdom, he will help open to your heart and mind to new possibilities. He will also discuss the impact on the heart and blood vessels - sharing evidence for how kindness is 'cardioprotective’ (protects the heart). We will also learn about the relationship between compassion and doing what you love, and how doing what you love will keep you younger for longer.
“David Hamilton has the unique gift of combining spirituality and science
in a simple but powerful way. Everyone must read his work!”
