... Dearbhla grew up in a small town in rural Ireland. She wanted a career in art, but wasn't encouraged in that direction, so she ended up working in Japan. At the age of twenty-five she started asking herself the big questions: Who am I? Why am I here? What are my talents? She moved into careers counselling and then worked at Trinity College in Dublin before starting her own careers counselling project and eventually producing her own products and services. She's passionate about helping young people to realise their potential, and also inspiring the parents, teachers any anyone who influences young people.
